Realmums.com.au has recently tested the Mirage sedan for a week. The three boys have busy schedules ensuring the Mirage sedan would get a proper test run including school drop-offs and pick-ups, weekly shopping and an occasional escape for the busy mum.
Despite being a compact sedan, the Mirage’s roomy interior offered plenty of space for the two adolescent boys as well as the five year old in his booster seat. That’s not bad given it is coming from a family who is used to driving a big seven seater SU.
The review highlights Mirage sedan’s value for money and affordability. “It definitely offers value for money and, especially in comparison to our usual family car and the little runaround we recently sold, it is noticeably more economical.” Mirage sedan offers best in class fuel economy with a remarkable 4.9L / 100km.
According to realmums.com.au, the only thing the Mirage sedan was lacking “is some sort of Sibling Rivalry Deterrent”. If that’s all, we will double-check with our Product Planning team to find out when this can become standard on our cars.
