    About the Role

    Based in Victoria and reporting to the National Parts & Accessories Manager, this role is pivotal in the development and implementation of a Regional dealer strategy which encompasses parts & accessory sales, as well as parts and service initiatives to achieve MMAL's revenue and profit objectives.

    The Parts and Service Development Manager works closely with our Dealer Network to support their capability to achieve aftersales targets and to increase their operational effectiveness. This includes providing high level business advice for Service Business Improvement, and regularly presenting at monthly Dealer Principal and Sales Manager meetings. This role collaborates across functions within our Head Office to ensure ongoing parts and service training is delivered, and to ensure dealer engagement in training.

    The Parts and Service Development Manager will develop and implement an effective feedback process that will provide information for competitor and industry analysis, process improvement and aid in identifying product opportunities.

    The Successful Applicant

    To be successful in the role you will;

    • Have a sound understanding of the Parts and Service business within dealer operations
    • Be experienced working in service or parts management (service technical preferred)
    • Have demonstrated experience providing a high level of Customer Service
    • Have highly developed presentation and engagement skills
    • Possess strategic management and planning skills
    • Be persistent, resilient, motivated and have the ability work autonomously
