    About the Role

    Based in our Adelaide office (Tonsley) and reporting to the Head of Sales Planning, the primary responsibility of the Fleet Sales Planning Manager is to develop and manage fleet sales strategies that support the delivery of annual volume and profitability objectives.

    The Fleet Sales Planning Manager works closely with our Sales Planning team, State Sales Teams and Dealer Network and is also responsible for managing Fleet pricing, rebates, incentive and tender processes between dealers / clients and MMAL to ensure optimal results.

    As the Fleet Sales Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

    • Plan for and implement fleet sales strategies
    • Utilise market intelligence to develop competitor pricing models
    • End to End management of fleet programs and Pricing Calculators
    • Co-ordinate tender process in conjunction that State fleet teams and fleet functions
    • Identify and recommend enhancements to fleet sales programs
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including fleet clients
    • Prepare and issue fleet sales budget performance and report against target
    • Dealer and client compliance with Fleet guidelines

                                                                                                                                                      

    The Successful Applicant

    To be successful in the role you will;

    • Strong leadership skills
    • Proven track record in financial fleet control and incentive management
    • Understanding of Dealership operations and profitability
    • Finance, Leasing or FMO background is advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Experience in writing and reviewing tender documents
    • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Automotive industry (desirable)
    • Strong skills in Microsoft
    • Understanding of SAP and Cognos (desirable)
