    About the Role

    Based in our Adelaide office (Tonsley) and reporting to the Head of Sales Planning, The Sales Planning Analyst is responsible for providing valuable insights and support to the sales planning function in relation to Fleet sales.

    The role will support the development of Fleet sales strategies that contribute to delivering on MMAL's annual retail volume objectives.

    As the Sales Planning Analyst (Fleet Sales), your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

    • Analyse Fleet performance against KPI's and benchmarks including market competitor data
    • Analyse Fleet pipeline and evaluate Fleet activity undertaken on a monthly basis
    • Analyse competitor pricing models utilising market intelligence and analysis to identify areas of opportunity
    • Identify anomalies and suggest opportunities for Fleet business on a Dealer, State and National basis
    • Liaise and support stakeholders to develop a sound understanding of fleet business
    • Support and administer Fleet programs including but not limited to client and dealer compliance with Fleet guidelines, vehicle allocations, Fleet enrolments and supporting the process of Fleet audits
    • Support and administer the tender process across all states in conjunction with the Fleet Sales Manager and Head of Fleet Sales
    • Support and administer Fleet pricing calculators for use by Fleet staff as well as Fleet pricing uploads into SAP                                                                                                                                            

    The Successful Applicant

    To be successful in the role you will;

    • Tertiary qualification in a commercial or quantitative discipline (Commerce, Business, Economics)
    • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • High attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, self-directed value driven working style with the ability to be a partner/collaborator in order to realise commercial outcomes  
    • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
    • Understanding of SAP and Cognos (desirable)
