About the Role
At Mitsubishi Motors Australia (MMAL), we strive to put the Customer at the heart of everything we do. To support our customers, the Customer Experience team have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Team Leader (Out-bound) to join the team. The role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is offered as a contract up to 9 months to cover Parental Leave.
As part of the wider Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for managing the Outbound Call Program.
