Changes at Victorian Dealerships
August 10, 2020
Mitsubishi Motors Australia and our dealers are working together to adapt to the COVID-19 challenge while ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers. We are working hard to support our dealer network and to ensure the safety of customers, dealer staff and the community.
Following the announcement of Stage 4 restrictions, our Dealer showrooms are currently closed.
Many of our service areas are open, for essential and critical vehicle repair, servicing, maintenance and vehicle recalls. Please call to confirm opening hours or schedule appointments for servicing - https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.au/shopping-tools/locate-a-dealer.
Dealerships and Servicing Centres in Regional Victoria remain open for sales, servicing, maintenance and parts. We're offering contactless scheduled servicing and contactless test drives. Learn more here.
How can I find out which dealerships are open for essential workers and for emergency vehicle repairs?
For further details on Mitsubishi Motors Dealerships and Service Centres, please contact your local dealer or contact our Customer Service line at 1300 13 12 11 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still order my new car for delivery in September?
Yes, it is still possible to order or reserve a new vehicle online for delivery after reopening, with a number of our dealerships offering online shopping and consultations.
Are dealerships really an essential service?
Staying safe on the road is essential – and that means correctly servicing your vehicle or completing outstanding recalls, such as the Takata airbag recall. All Mitsubishi Motors dealerships operate under a COVID-safe plan, and as such they can complete the work safely.
