In these cold winter months it’s harder to get motivated in the mornings. We are determined to fight the winter blues and have put together a few ideas to help you get out of bed and get moving on your weekends.
Getting up and getting moving is the best way to start your Sunday morning. Rugging up and heading off for a walk or a run is the best way to get your blood pumping and fuel your cells with oxygen.
Pick a walk a run with some great scenery if you can. This will focus your mind on the beautiful things around you and it will feel like your exercising will be completed in no time.
