Terms and Conditions:

Information on how to take part in the promotional offer Total Tools Members Triton 4x4 Offer (Offer) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Offer is provided by Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (ACN 007 870 395) of 1 Sir Richard Williams Avenue, Adelaide Airport, SA 5950 (MMAL).

Eligibility

a)       The Offer is only open to legal residents of Australia who are current Total Tools Insider Members (any tier) who have held membership for a period of 3 consecutive months or more at time of purchase of a new Mitsubishi Triton 4X4 vehicle.

b)      Offer is valid for vehicles ordered from 1 August 2022 and 31 March 2024 (Offer Period).

c)       The Offer cannot be substituted for any other form of benefit such as a reduction in the final Drive Away price of the vehicle or a cash equivalent.

d)      Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

e)      Offer is valid for National Fleet Pricing with Diamond Advantage plus $1,000 Total Tools voucher on all new Mitsubishi Triton 4x4s (excludes demonstrator vehicles).

f)        There is a limit of one (1) entry per vehicle purchased. If the vehicle purchase is cancelled, entry to the Offer is void.

g)       All sales to be recorded using the correct Business Partner 3003478 number issued by MMAL.

h)      MMAL reserves the right to decline any redemption that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Offer.

i)        MMAL's decision is final and MMAL will not enter correspondence regarding the Offer.

j)        Total Tools members must provide Proof of Membership to the Mitsubishi Dealer to receive this offer.

k)       Proof of Total Tools Insider membership must be provided at the time of purchase:

◾ Total Tools staff are sent Total Tools Insider Member details from the selling Mitsubishi Motors dealer by email (insider@totaltools.com.au) with the subject line Total Tools Member Confirmation

◾ They require; First Name, Surname, State, Email address and Mobile phone number, together with Business and Trading Name along with ABN captured for verification purposes (if available)

◾ The names attached to the Total Tools membership must match the name of the new car owner, business name or business owner for the voucher to be issued (ID such as a drivers licence must be sighted to serve as proof personal details match Total Tools membership)

◾ Total Tools to verify they are a registered member of Total Tools Insider Rewards via email to the selling Mitsubishi Motors dealer with a confirmation email stating the member ID number

◾ This service is only available Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST and is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Total Tools Voucher Conditions

l)        Total Tools Gift Voucher is redeemable for products at all Total Tools stores across Australia.

m)    Total Tools Gift Voucher must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher.

n)      Total Tools Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash and cash will not be given for any unused balance.

o)      Unused balance will not be refunded or credited.

p)      Purchases exceeding value of voucher require the balance paid by other method.

q)      Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed by Total Tools and/or Mitsubishi Motors Australia.

r)       Voucher will be issued by Total Tools to eligible customers the following month of vehicle purchase, electronically via email.

s)       Total Tools Importing Pty Ltd and/or Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited have the right to refuse the issue of the Total Tools Triton Member offer if these conditions are not met.

t)        Total Tools and/or Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited reserve the right to change these conditions of use at any time.

w)     MMAL collects your personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, to contact you regarding related offers and for direct marketing. MMAL may for such purposes disclose your personal information to their third-party service providers including for storage of data, to assist with prize delivery, data analysis and direct marketing. Some of the MMAL third-party service providers may be located overseas in India, Singapore and California (USA). MMAL's privacy policy contains information about how to access or correct your personal information and/or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy, and how MMAL will deal with such a complaint. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you consent to the use of your personal information by MMAL for direct marketing purposes.
