Mitsubishi’s 2.4-litre MIVEC diesel engine is turbocharged and intercooled for dominant performance and optimum efficiency, delivering peak torque of 430Nm at 2500 rpm and 133kW of power at just 3500 rpm. Triton’s low-down grunt means you can enjoy spirited performance as well as serious cargo capacity, with a braked towing capacity of 3000kgT1. Constructed with lightweight materials including an aluminium block, the engine is among the smoothest, quietest and most economical engines on the market, combining outstanding performance and unfussed efficiency in one potent package.

Easy Select 4WD

Easy Select 4WD on GLX and GLX+ Club Cab models offer 2WD and 4WD High and Low range. An easy-to operate four-wheel-drive selector dial allows you to switch between 2WD and 4WD on the move at speeds under 100km/h.

Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM)K10

Mitsubishi Motors’ Forward Collision Mitigation system detects obstructions ahead and issues a visual and audio alert where there is a danger of collision, automatically applying the brakes to avoid collision or reduce impact.

Lane Departure Warning (LDW)T2

Mitsubishi Motors’ Lane Departure Warning issues an audible alert and shows a warning on the multifunction display if your vehicle drifts from its lane while the turn signals are not operating.

Dusk Sensing HeadlightsT2

Mitsubishi’s dusk sensing headlights automatically illuminate in fading light or when travelling through a tunnel, allowing you to keep your hands on the wheel and your focus on the road ahead.

Engineered to perform, Triton Club Cabs combine performance and serious load capacity into one tough ute, with clamshell rear doors opening up to extra interior storage and even extra passengers.

Make light work of heavy loads

The Mitsubishi Triton GLX+ Club Cab Pick Up model provides ample load capacity with 1850mm in length, 1470mm in width and 475mm in depth. Featuring inner hooks and a rear gate with an easy to use single handle, the spacious cargo bed is practical and durable, with the rear corners specially reinforced to disperse the force of impact and prevent damage when your cargo shifts.

Robust design and handling

Triton is built for maximum stability and traction, with and without a payload. Its robust, rigid chassis contributes to safe, predictable handling and its cab is aerodynamically designed for efficient stability on the highway. Advanced front double wishbone suspension and extra reinforcement in the rear frame provide feedback and solidity, even with heavy loads on board. 4x4 traction keeps Triton working when the going gets tough.

Mitsubishi’s MiDisplayK27 technology links Triton with your phone via Android smartphone connectivity or Apple smartphone connectivity.

Access your smartphone’s compatible apps via the touchscreen in GLX+ to stay in touch with voice calls and messages, find your way and stream your soundtrack. Voice command and steering wheel controls let you operate call and music functions without taking your eyes off the road.

Storage compartments

Triton Club Cabs offer plenty of storage space with ample glovebox room, floor console with storage box and lid, door pockets, multiple cup holders and additional underfloor storage to keep valuables away from prying eyes. Keep your devices fully charged on the go with a smartphone storage tray and USB charging point in the centre console. Clamshell rear doors provide easy access to the rear seat area for extra gear or passengers.
