Terms and Conditions

Information on how to take part in the promotional offer (Offer) form part of these Terms and Conditions as of 1/4/2024. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (ACN 007 870 395) of 1 Sir Richard Williams Avenue, Adelaide Airport, SA 5950 (MMAL)

Eligibility

a) These terms and conditions for the Offer supersede all previous terms and conditions for promotions to eligible members of current National Basketball League Pty Ltd (NBL) NBL Clubs and NBL1 Clubs.

b) The Offer is only open to legal residents of Australia and is exclusive to registered members of current NBL Clubs and NBL1 Clubs who purchase a new vehicle during the offer period being from 1/4/2024 to 31/3/2025 (Offer Period) from an Authorised Mitsubishi Dealers in Australia. Customers that are eligible for Government, Rental and National Business pricing are excluded from this offer.

c) To be eligible customers must lodge their redemption by submitting their personal details (including contact information and vehicle details) at www.mitsubishi-motors.com.au/nbl-member-program for the purposes of validating club membership and vehicle purchase.

d) Eligibility on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

e) The Offer is for the issue of:

a. $1,000 pre-paid Mastercard® Offer available to eligible purchasers of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles either purchased within the Offer Period. Where a deposit is paid within the Offer Period but the vehicle is not delivered, the pre-paid Mastercard® will be issued once the vehicle has been collected by the eligible customer.

f) There is a limit of one (1) entry per vehicle purchased. If the vehicle purchase or deposit is cancelled, entry to the Offer is void.

g) Upon lodging the redemption the customer will receive a confirmation email from MMAL. This is confirmation that your submission has been received. Please retain this email as proof of lodgement.

h) In the event a vehicle is not available due to stock issues or late delivery of the vehicle outside the Promotion Period, purchasers who submitted the redemption within the Promotion Period will remain eligible after the Promotion Period subject to payment in full and delivery of the vehicle.

i) This offer can be combined with the 23MY Triton Double Cab Pick Up range and 23MY Pajero Sport Towing Pack offer, where eligibility criteria for each offer is met. Unless specified by the Promoter, no other offer can be used in conjunction with this Offer. Offer cannot be substituted for any other form of benefit such as a reduction in the final Drive Away price of the vehicle or a cash equivalent.

j) All redemptions will be verified prior to payment and are subject to final determination by MMAL. Verification of membership is initially conducted by the NBL (for both NBL and NBL1 memberships). MMAL reserves the right to verify the identity of person.

k) Digital pre-paid Mastercard® will be issued by MMAL to eligible customers electronically, once the vehicle has been delivered.

l) MMAL reserves the right to decline any redemption that does not comply with the terms and conditions of this program.

m) Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed by MMAL.

n) MMAL's decision is final and MMAL will not enter correspondence regarding the Offer.

o) MMAL reserves the right to withdraw, extend or modify this Offer without notice.

Digital pre-paid Mastercard® Conditions

a) A digital pre-paid Mastercard® will be made available through Mobile Pay.

b) Mobile Pay means the Mobile Pay digital application and the website www.edgemobilepay.com operated by Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd ABN 96 138 299 288 (Edge).

c) The digital pre-paid Mastercard® is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 40431 pursuant to licence by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd

MMAL collects your personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, to contact you regarding related offers and for direct marketing. MMAL may for such purposes disclose your personal information to their third-party service providers including for storage of data, to assist with prize delivery, data analysis and direct marketing. Some of the MMAL third-party service providers may be located overseas in India, Singapore and California (USA). MMAL's privacy policy contains information about how to access or correct your personal information and/or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy, and how MMAL will deal with such a complaint. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you consent to the use of your personal information by MMAL for direct marketing purposes.
